Im trying to order an item online, but I have a visa check card, and not a credit card, and on the payment page there is no selection for a check card so would I just select credit card??

it works just like a visa. except if you get your identity stolen and someone cleans out your checking account you are at the mercy of your bank to refund your money in a timely manner. if you use a real credit card you dont have that risk. i personally never use my bank card online for anything just for that reason.

If I am correct about this, yes, absolutely you can use it for online purchases, just as you would use a credit card. Only thing different is, that you are not buying on credit, but making a fast electronic payment transfer out of your account in the full amount. I sure do like this because I don%26#039;t have to worry about %26quot;over the top%26quot; credit charges, and I am not tempted to buy beyond my means. It would just bum me out to realise I was probably paying $200 for a $35 item, by the time I actually had it payed off.
