Im new to this, where it says pay to the order of, do i write paypal buyer credit? Im just making sure before i send out my check.

i%26#039;m pretty sure you can write it out to : paypal. and in the memo, write :fees or whatever you%26#039;re paying off. the easiest thing to do is to pay it off online and have it taken out of your bank account. hope this helps!
