My Bank sent a $8000. check for a business credit card account and I deposited into my business chec

in December. This week I discovered the bank had withdrawn the $8000. stating it put me over my credit limit. Not knowing of this new development I bounced checks. Can the bank withdraw after they have accepted this deposit. Is this legal?

Since when is a bank responsible for it%26#039;s errors?

You may want to go in for avisit to find out how they can straighten out this situation.

The exact same thing happened to my grandmother at Christmas time. We found out, it is legal. The %26quot;fine print%26quot; states that the check is a way for you to spend your own money. They send it to you, so that you think its an approved loan from the bank. Instead, its a ploy for the bank to get you to spend that much money, just to get the interest rate you would have to pay. Its a scam, but legal. Talk to you bank to see if they will budge at all.
